Role – Office Administrator

Location – Manchester City Centre

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000

Type – Fixed Term Contract (12months)

Hours – Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (1 Hour lunch break)

I am excited to be working with a Law firm who specialise in legal advice to the UK’s commercial real estate sector. This company is based in the heart Manchester in lovely offices with easy access to public transport links.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident with managing multiple administrative tasks and assisting with the managing the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Scanning and Binding
  • Uploading documents to case matters
  • Maintain an accurate purchase order log
  • Programme Management and administration
  • Holiday approvals
  • Managing office supplies
  • Adhoc cover for receptionist and administrator
