Reed Business Support in Cambridge is partnering with a fast growing high-end manufacturing company. They are seeking an Office Administrator to provide support to the office. This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate route planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Issue purchase orders and confirm order details with suppliers.
  • Handle incoming emails and correspondence, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Allocate leads to the sales team and ensure proper follow-up.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in an office administration role or similar.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or similar office software.
