Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Immediate start - ongoing temp contract
Newcastle

Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience within an Office Admin/Assistant role? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Our client is looking for a temporary member of staff to cover at this very busy period. We need somebody who is reliable, hard working and able to hit the ground running!

Duties include:
* Opening the DX/post and distribute to the clerks
* Printing of briefs, instructions etc
* Photocopying and scanning
* Replenish photocopiers and printers with paper and toner
* Providing refreshments, including lunches where appropriate, for conferences including video conferencing, Skype and conference calls
* To assist with incoming telephone calls and distribute calls accordingly
* Booking out and shredding of briefs and papers
* Taking receipt of instructions / briefs and hand to clerk
* Taking documents to court as and when required
* Maintain the office in a tidy way
* Running various errands as and when appropriate
* To provide cover for reception as appropriate
* To receive all incoming telephone calls and distribute calls accordingly
* Meeting and greeting clients/visitors and making them aware of emergency evacuation procedures
* Booking meetings and meeting rooms
* Organising external mail including couriers
