Office Administrator

I am recruiting for a dedicated Team Administrator to join my client's small, friendly Head Office team. This role involves providing efficient, accurate, and timely office duties and administration support, assisting the Project Management team, and contributing to the delivery of professional services. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office and remote work, with their Head Office located in Isleworth.
Day-to-day of the role:- Perform general office duties, ensuring the office is tidy and well-stocked with stationery and printing materials.
- Host meetings, including welcoming guests, providing refreshments, and organising lunches.
- Provide administrative support for projects/events, including liaising with suppliers, booking associates, coordinating and producing training materials, and organising venues.
- Manage document-related tasks such as typing, proofreading, formatting, printing, photocopying, and collating documents, reports, and letters.
- Accurately format documents, including training materials and assessments, and produce PowerPoint presentations.
- Handle document scanning, filing, and retrieval.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate team members, or take messages.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings and manage courier services for projects in line with company procedures.
- Raise Purchase Orders to suppliers and check corresponding supplier invoices.
- Attend team meetings, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.
- Flexibility to accommodate business needs.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Professional demeanour and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages.
- Well-organised with good prioritisation skills.
