Customer Service Specialist 

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: SN4 - 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 15.00pm on Fridays - Hybrid working – Tues, Wednesday and Thursday (office) and Monday and Friday (WFH). First 6months fully office based.
  • Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to act as a primary point of contact for technical and complex queries within our team. 

You will provide a full and high level of administrative skills alongside excellent telephone manner.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all queries related to your role, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Offer technical support to team members, encouraging the use of initiative to find solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with the practice and office manager about potential issues.
  • Prepare for meetings, manage business submissions, and draft suitability letters.
  • Handle complex cases with professionalism and expertise.
  • Manage and resolve technical queries, liaising with clients to provide assistance and information.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as tax and trusts, pensions marketing, and asset management, to resolve contentious issues and streamline processes.
  • Stay informed about industry and internal changes that affect your role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
