Office Administrator

-Up to £35k

An award-winning independent media agency is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team and work closely with the CEO. The agency has a strong offering in TV, Radio, Video, OOH, Paid Social, Paid Search & Programmatic. They work with clients across a number of verticals including fashion, entertainment, healthcare, education, travel and more.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensure office supplies are replenished.
  • Co-ordinating meetings and appointments for other staff members within the agency.
  • Answer calls and transfer them as necessary.
  • Manage day to day office administrations.
  • Support with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Keep track of office budgets.
  • Plan and co-ordinate projects and industry events.

Experience needed for the role:

  • Some experience within the digital or media industry is preferred.
  • Office administration experience (2+years).
  • Proficient with Microsoft.
  • Strong attention to detail.
