We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Office Admin to join our client's team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring that customer expectations are met efficiently and cost-effectively. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with all procedures and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of all depot operations, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of tasks
- Allocating mobile fitters according to Service Level KPI agreements for timely call-out attendance
- Updating and uploading paperwork to the system accurately, in compliance with ISO procedures
- Processing fuel and damage charges upon machine return from hire, optimising recovery opportunities
- Booking Through Examination checks through the system
- Updating information on the Hire System
- Coordinating with suppliers to gather information on required machine parts
- Raising purchase orders to support the depot's needs
- Printing workshop documents for engineers
- Willingly undertaking ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal team members
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
