Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions requires an Office Admin to join our team in Kilmarnock delivering a framework contract for Scottish Power Energy Networks.

This Office administrator role is a permanent position requiring candidates who have experience of working in an office administration role. You will ideally have experience putting together work packs and updating files and amending details for different areas and jobs as required. You will also undertake general office admin tasks and support management and colleagues as required.

The Office Administrator role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collating work pack information and updating details
  • Checking documentation and ensuring the correct information is completed before submission to the client.
  • Using Microsoft Office, updating and saving files. Knowledge of spreadsheets and exel.
  • Data Entry and inputting and submitting the workforce timesheets as required
  • Maintaining the computer and hard based filing system, including updating the registers.

Person Specification:

  • Experience with a range of software including strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience of working as an office administrator. Experience in the utilities, power generation, civil engineering, construction industry preferential.
  • Good communication skills and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Eye for detail and methodical work ethic
  • Team player able to deliver completed work to deadlines as required.
