Audax is a scientific consultancy based in central Reading, We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations, taking responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks.
Main Duties:
Logging client email correspondence or queries
Responding to or escalating client queries as appropriate
Working with the in-house system to manage progress of projects
Tracking team tasks and project deadlines
Data entry from scientific documents
Transferring of in-house -generated data into the Audax database system
General office admin
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience in general office administration
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Friendly and professional manner
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A scientific background / or interest in science would be beneficial.
There is the potential for part-time working for the right candidate.
