Role: Office Administrator

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours of Work: 21 Hours per week (Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday) - Hybrid: 2 days in office / 1 day working from home
Salary: £14,295 p/t (equivalent to £23,827 full time)
In this multifaceted role, you will be the primary point of contact for our organization, handling incoming telephone inquiries and managing the main email account. You will also support the Office & CRM System Manager with various administrative tasks related to our CRM system, such as maintaining up-to-date records, assisting in report generation, and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, your responsibilities will include general administrative duties like managing office supply inventory and processing mail, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Duties and Responsibilities28 days plus bank holidays pro rata (for part-time employees)
