Sales Administrator - Join Our Friendly, Fast-Paced Team!
Location - Bmouth
Pay - £24,495 per annum
Hours - 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Are you organised, a natural communicator, and love helping people? We're on the lookout for a Sales Administrator who’s ready to bring great energy and top-notch customer service to our clients team!
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly—from chatting with customers to managing admin tasks and making sure everything’s on track behind the scenes. If you're someone who enjoys a bit of variety, thrives in a busy environment, and can juggle a few things at once (with a smile!), then this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To:
- Order Wrangling: Accurately process customer orders, dot the i’s, cross the t’s, and make sure everything gets where it needs to go, on time.
- Inbox Hero: Stay on top of your emails like a pro. Clear, friendly messages are the name of the game (and yes, Grammarly is your buddy).
- Customer Conversations: Be the friendly voice customers hear when they call. Answer questions, solve problems, and offer helpful advice with a can-do attitude.
- Follow-Up Fun: Reach out to customers to check in on quotes, follow up on orders, or offer a bit of extra support when needed.
- Daily Task Juggler: Keep your to-do list under control. If something might slip past a deadline, flag it early so the team can jump in.
- Keep It Logged: Record any feedback or issues in our system to help keep everything traceable and tidy.
- Phone Ready: Be available for calls between 9:00am-5:00pm (breaks and lunch are all yours!). Aim to pick up within two rings—ninja reflexes optional.
- Suggest-A-Sale: Recommend a product or two during calls—you never know what customers might love!
- Marketing Collaborator: Work with the marketing crew to update product info on the website using our ticket system (it’s easier than it sounds, promise).
- Warehouse Connector: Team up with stock and packing colleagues to sort out order queries and make sure everything’s going out as it should.
- Keep Talking: Regular chats with your manager help us all stay in sync. Whether it’s a quick email or a 1:1 meeting, communication is key.
- Live the Values: Be a team player who represents our values with positivity and professionalism.
- Team Spirit: Take on any other reasonable tasks that come your way—variety keeps things interesting!
- Reliable Rockstar: Be someone your team can count on—punctual, dependable, and always ready to roll.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a difference, build great relationships, and enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team—this is it!
