I am currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a well-established business in BS2, on a temporary, full-time basis to start in May. This role is crucial for maintaining daily office operations and requires a proactive and organised individual.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Check fire exits and maintain safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff
  • Monitor staff absences and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to directors.
  • Arrange and prepare meeting rooms, preparing tea and coffee 
  • Assist with staff communications, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in administrative support, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Proficient in managing communications with a diverse team.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
