Alexander Lloyd are representing a professional services firm on the hire of an Office & Assistant Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, due to growth and changes within the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience within:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivables
  • Credit Control
  • Managing PO's, Direct Debits and Standing orders
  • Client relationship Management
  • Manage all company renewals, including warranties, computer licenses, private medical insurance, etc., as required
  • Reconcile petty cash daily, maintaining transparency and accuracy
  • Seek authorisation for every expenditure, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial protocols
  • Work closely with company director

Paying up to £35k depending on experience, hybrid, 3 days in the office in Dorking, 2 days from home.
