  • Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, 5 days per week based at the office.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Assisting the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with emails, post and telephone calls.
  • Collating information for client meetings / typing up of reports.
  • Providing support in meetings, writing up notes after meeting.
  • Filing, scanning, data entry, managing databases ensuring all records are accurate.
  • Assisting with any facilities / office management tasks.
  • PA duties; ad-hoc support to the Directors: diary management, travel, booking appointments.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience gained in an office environment.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Works proactively and independently - ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.
  • Reliable and detail orientated.
  • Accurate typing and data input skills.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software.
