A busy Office Assistant position overseeing the clerical and organisational support tasks that ensure operations within the organisation run smoothly. Initially a one year Temporary role with the opportunity to become Permanent.

Duties will include:

  • Reception - Answering calls, greeting guests & sending out daily post.
  • Filing, Scanning, printing, laminating & binding for various departments.
  • Typing up all minor & major test certificates.
  • Typing up, formatting & proof reading quotations and letters.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery & canteen supplies for two offices and all sites.
  • Managing general office maintenance - Cleaning contracts, decorators, Air Conditioning units, Fire Alarms etc
  • Preparing site Inspection logs, signing in and out forms & Permit folders for site.
  • Sending out starter packs, welcoming new staff & updating employee start date spreadsheet.
  • Filing & adding all staff holiday forms to spreadsheet and Calendar.

Hospitality duties:

  • Manage corporate football box - sending invites, organising each home match, ordering food & drink, paying invoices, purchasing extra tickets when required
  • Hospitality & event bookings on behalf of Directors
  • Liaising with Golf clubs, managing memberships & tracking golf bookings
  • Internal & external corporate event bookings when required
