An opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly team on the outskirts of Watlington. In this office-based role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day admin processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. If you are motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to a growing team, then this is the role for you!

Duties include:

  • Handling daily administrative tasks including data entry and inbox management
  • Supporting the team with documentation and file management
  • Managing office supplies and handling correspondence
  • Answering the phone, dealing with enquires and directing calls

You will need:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous admin experience
  • Good eye for detail and excellent time-keeping skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly

This is a temp to perm position, available to start immediately. You will need access to your own vehicle due to the location of the office.
