Office Coordinator | Fixed Term Contract | £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)

Are you an experienced Office Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity in the medical research industry? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Coordinator to join their team on a fixed term contract lasting between 12-13 months. They are looking for this person to start from early September 2024.

Having a background in Office Assistance/Coordination will be advantageous as they need someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They are a super personable company, so having a 'can do', 'bubbly' approach to you way of working will put you at the forefront for a role like this as you will be interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis.

You will have a high level of autonomy within your role, and you will be trusted to take care of the following:

  • Ordering supplies, stationery, and coffee.
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising meetings/training sessions.
  • Providing project administrative support, including researching and booking flights and hotels.
  • Assisting with finance administration, including bookkeeping, expense reports, and invoice payments.
  • Managing marketing activities such as social media content, website maintenance, and internal communications.
  • Supporting business development through analytics and monthly reports.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the Quality Management System, including document updates and supplier management.
  • Assisting with HR activities, such as recruitment support, new starter documentation, and employee well-being initiatives.
