1to1 Group are working with a well established distribution company in Basingstoke to recruit for this new role as Office & Fleet Co-ordinator.

Hours - 35 hour week - 9-5pm although some flexibility may be required for early morning meetings. Due to the nature of this role there would be no home working.

Salary - up to £32,000 depending on experience especially Fleet management

Excellent organisational and administrative background, able to multi task.

In this role your day could change day to day, seeking someone who is flexible and adaptable to change.

Managing company car fleet (approx 100 cars) which could expand. This is a large part of the role, and although processes are in place, some understanding/expereince of fleet management would be an advantage.

Administration duties involve making sure the office is well stocked of coffee, milk, tea, arranging events on site in Basingstoke, and setting up before the meetings. You would be self sufficient in this role however there is support in the team and everyone works together as a team. You would meet and greet visitors and suppliers and provide a gold star service for their visit.
