Description
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process & liaise with recruitment agencies
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Learn about the Technology & Telecoms industry to better serve the company's needs
- Handle staff inquiries about HR-related issues
- Participate in HR projects as needed
Profile
A successful Office & HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- An understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Working towards or commencing the CIPD qualification (Level 3) is desired
