Autograph Recruitment are working with a local accountancy practice in North Bristol who are looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join them on a permanent basis. 

They are looking for someone to help with customer service, general administration and to help the Director with some of their duties.  This is a great opportunity for someone to “muck in” and work with a reputable practice.

This role will include the following duties –

  • Diary Management – Including booking meetings for the Directors
  • Updating clients with general information
  • Data entry/Filing/adhoc tasks
  • Office organisation – Ordering stationary, dealing with the post, preparing correspondence
  • Arranging staff socials/events

My client are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, who has excellent attention to detail, but is also confident in potentially difficult situations and someone who doesn’t shy away from their responsibilities.
