We have taken on a great opportunity to join a market-leading boutique executive search firm. The role is 3 days a week between Monday & Thursday.

The role is pivotal to the company, and the successful candidate will instantly become an integral part of the team. A proactive approach and strong communication skills are key to ensure smooth operation both in the London office and New York office.

Essentially the role is made up of three functions: Office Management, HR Administration and IT Management. CRM knowledge ideal as are strong written and verbal communication skills, including a high standard of English, tact & diplomacy.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and a self-starter with initiative. You will have a strong work ethic with the intension of longevity within the company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work part-time within a corporate environment and with a dynamic team.
