Our assets include: Chilcomb Health Park (Winchester)Directors General House (Southampton) Gloucester House (Woodside Park), Winston House (Finchley Central), Balfour House (North Finchley), Rainbow Industrial Estate (West Drayton), Chilmark Estate (Wiltshire), Sevenoaks Garden Centre (Kent).

We have two offices, one in Finchley Central, London & one in Hursley, Hampshire. We have 20 staff, many of whom are highly qualified & very experienced in across both residential & commercial property development & Investment.

Key roles & responsibilities

General requirements:

- Punctuality & reliability

- Discretion and trustworthiness: You will often be party to confidential information

- Tact and diplomacy: Must be able to communicate sensitively and effectively with work colleagues, customers and business partners

- Excellent oral & written skills

- Proactive & can do attitude to tasks

- Willingness to work autonomously & collaboratively

- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

- Flexibility: Working as part of a small team, a flexible approach to task sharing is crucial

- IT skills: Competency with the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Job Specific requirements:

- Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and telephone callers, responding to emails and phone calls, passing on messages for the attention of colleagues and managers

- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments

- Managing databases and filing systems

- Implementing and maintaining office procedures/administrative systems

- Liaising with energy, water & telecoms companies, managing multi occupancy utility & services accounts

- Collating and filing expenses

- Assisting with property management & administrative tasks

The basics

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday (with 1 hour for lunch)

Renumeration: £30,000 - £34,000 per year

Work life: Office based

Holidays: 20 days of paid annual leave, plus bank holidays, plus office shutdown over Christmas.
