Our client is a global advisory firm who are dedicated to transforming societies on a global scale. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their team and assist with the day to day running on the office, as well as assisting with some PA duties.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting into the EA to the COO we are looking for someone highly organised who can oversee the office as well as providing support to the senior management team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing the office maintenance and facilities
  • Making sure the office is fully and correctly stocked at all times
  • Assiting with onboarding and offboarding and working with HR on employee relations
  • Coordinating office events
  • Overseeing budgets and invoicing
  • Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are up to date
  • Assist with managing schedules, including diary and meeting management and travel
WHO YOU ARE

This is a friendly office who is looking for someone to be a part of the team and be a go to person. We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude, can build relationships and who wants to learn and grow their skill set!

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Office Management role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative, energetic and committed to making a positive impact
