A major engineering firm based in the West End is seeking an Office Manager with HR duties to help run their two offices as well as support the wider team. The role will be paying between £40,000 to £50,000 based on experience plus an extensive benefits package.

The role will be split between the companies two office based in both Piccadilly and High Holborn. Working 4 days in the office and 1 from home each week.

This is a really great and varied opportunity for someone who comes from an Office Management background, but has experience within HR including; on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations as well as knowledge of HR regulations.

Duties will include the following:

  • Manage the general organisation and day to day running of the companies to London offices
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and the wider team including formatting contract, formatting letters, booking travel etc.
  • Manage the on-boarding and off boarding process of the companies employees
  • Keep personnel records of the organisations employees in accordance with all regulatory processes
  • Provide advice and basic employee relations

The ideal candidate will come from an office support background and will have previous experience in HR, a HR qualification would be a real plus. The company are looking for a flexible and dynamic candidate who will roll up there sleeve and get on with the job in hand. They are very team orientated and everyone pitches in wherever needed!
