We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the Local Administration Manager, Principal & Head of School. The main purpose of this role will be to manage the effective and efficient reception and administrative functions within the main school offices.

Job Title: Office Manager (Temporary to Permanent)
Job Type: Full Time / 8am - 4pm 
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.59
Immediate start

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth day to day running of the office
  • Managing safeguarding processes
  • Management of the office team
  • Support the administration of the recruitment and appointment processes.
  • Manage the confidential correspondence of the principle & Head of School
  • Assisting with the documentation for any internal or external meetings
  • Reviewing and prioritising incoming correspondence and drafting generic responses where appropriate.
  • Manage and ensure the accurate inputting and updating of information onto the MIS. E.g. recording attendance information and parental messages.
  • To conduct annual performance management interviews for members of the admin/reception team.
  • To ensure adequate First Aid cover is available and that appropriate training is undertaken.
  • Manage cover for Admin team in cases of absence/sickness.
