An established telecommunications company based in the heart of London is seeking an Office Manager to join their busy team! Supporting the smooth day to day running of the team across all levels of seniority
Your new role

  • Addressing any building issues, setting up meetings and arranging catering throughout.
  • You will be based on Reception in this role - supporting the Reception team, training new Receptionists, arranging couriers and meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain holiday/sickness/absence files
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Arranging and monitoring security passes.
  • Archiving and file management.
  • Ordering and maintaining office / stationary stock levels at all times. Arranging deliveries when required.
  • Manage cleaning contracts for the office.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues and logging on to the system to keep track.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Organising office events.
  • Invoicing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience within an Office Manager role.
  • Ability to travel into the office at least 3 days a week with flexibility for early meetings.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
