Recruit Moore have been approached by our client in Fareham to find an Office Manager for a 12-month maternity contract.

The Office Manager is responsible for the operations and management of our clients business centre.

Duties to include -

  • Receiving visitors and answering calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing the suppliers and services provided
  • Communicating clearly and effectively to the clients and the centre team
  • IT Management - setting up client’s phones, internet and troubleshooting (supported by external IT company)
  • Creating strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Manage the Centre team to ensure they are always meeting the standards set
  • Using a variety of systems for door access, invoice approval, IT etc.
  • Arranging regular high-quality networking events for the clients within the building
  • Strong understanding of the building and facilities within the building
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing to all clients and endeavouring to keep the centre debt free
  • Ensures all company policies, procedures and work practises are always communicated to the teams and in place
  • Negotiating renewals with clients
  • Ensures a timely and proactive response to Centre Maintenance from electrical repairs to grounds work

Skills & Experience -

  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • Methodical and organised with strong time management skills who works well under pressure
  • High level of IT literacy, ability to use a variety of software packages as well as ability to quickly understand new systems
  • Confident individual who consistently strives to perform to the highest level
  • Able to communicate effectively and influence others positively
  • Capable of independent activity and acting on their own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make fair, consistent and objective judgments
  • Supporting and encouraging nature that ensures the development of their teams.
  • Creative thinker who can see the positive in any situation

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000
Hours - 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
Benefits - Free onsite parking, discretionary bonus twice a year
