Is this the role for you:

Are you prepared to take on an engaging role providing Office Manager support for our client, a Legal firm based in the City of London? We're looking for a committed professional with great attention detail, with a pro-active attitude. This role reports to the Facilities Manager.

What you will do:

In this dynamic role, you will conduct office orientation for new hires, automate manual processes, and update file destruction schedules. You'll supervise the team, assign tasks to maximise productivity, and address performance issues. Working with the Facilities Manager, you'll improve processes, maintain vendor relationships, review invoices, and ensure service levels are met. You'll process and retrieve documents, perform ad hoc tasks, digitise paperwork, manage mail, and handle inquiries. Additionally, you'll photocopy documents, sign for deliveries, open the office when needed, assist with banking runs, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

What you will need:

Our client is looking a confident, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of effective communication at all levels. Law firm experience is preferred but not required. A helpful attitude, and excellent timekeeping are crucial. Key skills include exceptional client service, adapting to new tasks, self-motivation, time and people management, attention to detail, and effective teamwork. Flexibility and a proactive approach are highly valued.
