A fast-growing consultancy are currently seeking a versatile Office Manager. The Office Manager role involves supporting the wider team with a range of administrative functions including ensuring the smooth running of all office operations, monitoring client information and data alongside supporting management with implementing systems and managing reports.

  • Salary: Up to £35k
  • Office based role

Office Manager responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a range of administrative activities to facilitate the seamless running of the office
  • Tracking data usage and client information
  • Ensuring the completion of required files prior to the transfer of documentation to other departments
  • Managing and creating Excel spreadsheets for workflow tracking
  • Submitting claims to third parties
  • Maintaining client files and case management
  • Monitoring, updating, and streamlining office processes
  • Carrying out general administrative functions such as answering incoming calls and responding to emails

Office Manager skills/competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheet creation and management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
