Office Manager
A fast-growing consultancy are currently seeking a versatile Office Manager. The Office Manager role involves supporting the wider team with a range of administrative functions including ensuring the smooth running of all office operations, monitoring client information and data alongside supporting management with implementing systems and managing reports.
- Salary: Up to £35k

Office Manager responsibilities:
- Overseeing a range of administrative activities to facilitate the seamless running of the office
- Tracking data usage and client information
- Ensuring the completion of required files prior to the transfer of documentation to other departments
- Managing and creating Excel spreadsheets for workflow tracking
- Submitting claims to third parties
- Maintaining client files and case management
- Monitoring, updating, and streamlining office processes
- Carrying out general administrative functions such as answering incoming calls and responding to emails
Office Manager skills/competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheet creation and management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
