Our client is a leading manufacture who provided clean, green, renewable energy across the UK.
Due to growth, they have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join their expanding team.
Office Manager
Our client are looking for an Office Manager person to assist a member of staff who is the right hand person to the Supply Chain Manager. This person can make this role 'their own'.
See duties below: -
- Answering the phone. Directing calls to appropriate members of staff.
- Assisting customers when possible.
- Gatekeeping phone calls/fielding.
- Welcoming visitors.
- Managing their inbox.
- Maintenance of 5 x company vehicles - Servicing, MOT, Tax etc.
- Ensuirng engineers report faults/issues with vehicles and they are kept in good condition.
- Arranging lunches for Training courses/meetings (liaising with local shop in Village)
- Purchasing consumables/sundries - i.e., Tea, Coffee, sugar, Milk etc
- Ensuring grounds and offices are maintained - housekeeping, liaising with gardeners etc.
- Purchasing of in-house items and to assist Supply Chain Manager.
- Looking after eBay store - for 'seconds' sold on the platform. (previous experience desirable)
- Showing new members of staff around etc.
- Postal duties.
- Arranging 2 staff parties - Summer & Xmas
Holidays: 26 days plus bank holidays (3 to be retained for Xmas shutdown)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5.30pm
