Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a SME construction business in Cowley on the recruitment of an Office Manager. This role is to be based on site with plenty of free parking available.

Our client is a growing business that have experienced impressive results over the past few years. The position of Office Manager will play an important role in the running and functioning of an office. It would suit someone with a couple of years' experience in an administrative role, who is keen to expand their remit and step into a role where they have full autonomy of processes.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager will include but not be limited to:

  • Fleet management of circa 50-60 vehicles including maintenance, insurance, parking and licence checks.
  • All office administration tasks required and managing the ordering of office stock and supplies.
  • Supporting with the design and implementation of back-office systems and processes.
  • Overseeing IT support and all company communications, with the opportunity to support with managing the business' website and social media platforms.

Your Profile:

  • Strong administration skillset with previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite and strong IT skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively and efficiently.
  • Prior experience of fleet management is hugely advantageous but not essential.
  • Committed to process improvement and implementing change.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £30-35k plus benefits including 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), flexible working (incl flexible start and end times) and more.
