OFFICE MANAGER

Support with office management to help play a part in a high performing property management company based in Windsor!
  
OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:
  • Overseeing and managing all office operations to ensure a productive work environment
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is well-stocked and operational
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Serving as the point of contact for office-related queries from staff, vendors, and clients
  • Using Xero to manage and process invoices, including entering, reconciling, and filing invoices
  • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Assisting in preparing financial reports, including budget tracking and cash flow analysis
  • Working closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assisting in managing employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll processing
  • Supporting recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to office management and HR
  • Acting as a liaison between office staff and management, facilitating clear communication
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Managing internal and external correspondence, ensuring all communications are handled professionally
  • Leading or assisting in special projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the company
  • Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance office operations
OFFICE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months of office management experience
  • Ideally based in Windsor
  • Must be willing to work 5 days in office
  • Ability to work in a high performing team
  • Experience using Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
