Our client a professional service firm located in the heart of Norwich, are seeking an Office Manager to join their team

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative support, facilities management, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate and oversee office services, such as reception, mail, and document management.
  • Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software 
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
