The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and managing various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the PA to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including financial administration (purchase orders, invoice approvals) and budget management.
- Oversee office administration to ensure efficiency and streamline processes.
- Manage car park usage data, income reconciliation, and permit allocations.
- Support sustainability initiatives, customer service standards, marketing, and commercialisation projects.
- Liaise regularly with tenants to provide guidance on the centre's day-to-day operations.
- Implement minor works and manage routine expenditure under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
- Assist with setting and controlling service charge budgets, quarterly variance reporting, and reconciliation.
- Prepare site regulations and oversee contractor permits.
- Maintain accurate records and tenant files in line with best practices.
- Connect with local organisations to promote the Centre through networking and events.
- Help in the preparation of the monthly management report.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or health and safety concerns immediately.
- Work in collaboration with the Centre Manager to ensure a safe environment for all.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial administration.
- Proactive, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
