We are seeking an enthusiastic HVAC Office Trainee to join a dynamic team within the commercial heating and ventilation (HVAC) sector. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the general day-to-day management of HVAC projects, including ordering materials, arranging labour, and ensuring health and safety requirements are met.
  • Measure and take off materials from construction drawings and project specifications.
  • Obtain quotations for materials and sub-contract packages.
  • Learn all aspects of estimating functions and progress tender submissions.
  • Make sales calls to generate tender opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs graded levels 4-9 (A-C) (Level 6 (B) or higher in both English and Maths preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Friendly and polite manner.
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work to tight deadlines.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
