Ofsted Registered Manager - Brand New 4-Bedded EBD Home - London
Salary: Up to £60,000

Are you an experienced leader passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)?

Our client is recruiting for an Ofsted Registered Manager for a brand new 4-bedded home based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop a new service, providing high-quality care and support to young people with EBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment for young people.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding measures.
  • Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare AND Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People’s Residential Services).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at a supervisory level within an Ofsted-registered children's home.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, standards, and inspection frameworks.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is strongly favourable.
