I am partnering with a well-known women’s fashion brand to help them find an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant Essex based office.

This boutique brand, who are passionate about inclusion and body positivity, have a huge online presence and are currently expanding their instore presence with the opening of stores in New York and LA, as well as having the brand being sold in high end retailers such as Selfridges and Harvey Nicols.

The candidate must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Online customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media.
  • Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift.
  • Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat.
  • Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries.
  • Adaptable and quick to respond to new problems raised.
  • Adding investigation data to communal spreadsheets.
  • Working closely with customer service team/management on daily tasks.
  • Responding to both customer reviews.

You:

  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for style and can offer styling advice to customers.
  • A team player who is happy to support colleagues and work together to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Multitasking, ensuring multiple channels are covered and responded to.
  • Flexibility around shifts.

What’s on offer:
