Online Dispatch Coordinator

Online Dispatch Coordinator - Ringwood - From £11.50 per hour

An established, fast-growing company is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable online dispatch Coordinator to join their team.

Duties:

• Preparing products for online shipments - picking, packing .
• Unloading and inspecting supplier deliveries - checking items are received in good condition and the packing list is accurate, reporting any discrepancies.
• Moving and storing boxes and adjusting storage areas when necessary.
• Monitoring and verifying product inventory.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working area.
• Ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures & Standards.

About you:

• Must be physically fit and able to adapt to a fast paced environment
• Ideally have worked in a factory environment
• Ideally previous experience in online retail dispatch
• Basic computer knowledge
• Accurate and diligent way of working.
• Work well under pressure.
• Organise and prioritise workload.

Monday to Friday
7.30am to 4pm with a 30 minutes break
