Job Title: Operations Support Associate (maternity cover)

Location: Swindon, SN2

Pay Rate: £12.82 p/hr

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ( 30 mins break )

Contract: On going until January 2025 ( perm opportunity available in 2025 )

Gap personnel are currently recruiting for the position of Operations Support Associate, to join fast growing printing company in Swindon.

Ideal candidate will have an experience in working in similar role, will have perfect English skills, both written and verbal. Must be computer literate and possess good relationship management skills.

Main duties:

  • Prepare orders for operations team
  • Communicate with customers
  • Liaise with couriers on delivery issues
  • Answer phone
  • Meet customers
  • Take and release orders for walk in customers
  • Release end-of-day parcels to couriers
  • Conduct other admin-type activities as instructed by directors

Skills:

  • Problem solving
  • Drive for improvement
  • Perfect English skills written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good customer service orientation skills

Successful candidate will also have excellent phone etiquette to be able to make a great first impression to a potential client.

This position is advertised as maternity cover, but more likely will transit to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Full training for this role will be also provided.
