Operational Property Administrator - Cambridge Business Park
The role of Operational Property Administrator is pivotal to the success of the Park Management operation as this person will need to assist in many aspects of providing a first-class customer service to the Park’s owner, customers, key stakeholders and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative tasks including ordering consumables and maintaining stock levels.
Dealing with adhoc general enquiries and helping to build the relationship between customers, contractors and Park Management.
With the assistance of the Park Manager, ensure that all Savills operational processes and procedures are adhered to, and significant documents loaded onto relevant systems.
Manage customer enquiry log.
Provide support and assistance to Park Manager on various tasks as below:
Production of monthly newsletter.
Management of website, site app and social media channels.
Organisation of marketing materials as required.
Creation and promotion of events and functions held onsite, including the collection of H&S documentation, agent and client approvals and issuing of appropriate licences.
Onboarding contractors to new online Permit to Work system.
Onboarding new users to Podpoint (EV chargers) system.
Promotion and onboarding of new users to Kinto car share scheme.
Promotion and organisation of green travel initiatives.
Uploading new jobs to elogbooks.
Raising purchase orders via Horizon.
There is a requirement for flexibility in the hours worked.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- At least 3 years’ previous office and customer facing experience essential
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Office 365 essential
- Customer service skills highly desirable
- Facilities Management experience desirable
- Previous experience organising events desirable
Hours of work
09:00-17:30, Mon-Fri – may consider part-time hours for the right candidate
