Operational Risk Analyst

Lutine Bell are supporting a growing financial services firm as they look to expand their operational risk team.

The role will be working in the 2nd line of defense, supporting the risk manager and CRO in ensuring their risk frameworks are maintained and enhanced where necessary, assisting with the capital adequacy assessments, oversight of incident reporting and evaluation of the risk implications.

You will also be supporting your senior 1st line colleagues to complete risk management processes to manage the risk to the organisation, its employees, customers,reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders.

The right candidate for this role will have:

• Experience with Operational Risk and Operational Risk Frameworks, preferably within a financial services space
• Strong communication skills to relay information to key stakeholders
• Good knowledge on current Consumer Duty regulations
