Operations Administrator - Bournemouth - up to £13 per hour

An Operations Administrator is required for our client based in Bournemouth, the role will be temporary for 6 months. As the operations Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, processing orders and invoices.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ongoing client and sales office support, handling complaints and queries.
  • Reconciling and investigating credit notes.
  • Supply chain queries for portals, reporting and forecasting.
  • Reporting monthly and weekly reports.
  • Keeping the pricing and promotional files up to date.
  • Main point of contact for the office and customer calls.
  • All round office administration.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an office-based support role.
  • Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables is beneficial for the role.
  • Ability to manage customers complaints and find solutions.
  • Good communications skills.

Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
