Our client is a growing provider of market intelligence to the life sciences industry. They are looking for an Operations Administrator for a six-month contract to cover maternity leave.

This would suit candidates with some experience as an executive assistant or in an operations role. Our client is remote first with approximately one day a month in the London office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operational Support: Assist the senior management team with daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Administrative Duties: Conduct administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Board Preparation: Collate and organise materials for board meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations as directed by senior management. .
  • Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, senior management, and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update operational databases and records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse operational reports to support decision-making processes.
