Operations Administrator

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking wealth management firm based in Edinburgh,

They are looking for a kick-@ss person to join their team and be responsible for a range of administration duties that would include finance, operations, marketing and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Practice manager with the day to day running of the office
  • Provide general administration support as required (Scanning, photocopying etc)
  • Assist with any requests from Clients and Financial Planners
  • Produce and record client and firm correspondence relating to clients
  • Update and maintain all client database systems with current client KYC and policy information
  • Liaise with clients via the telephone, email and face to face

This is the role for you if:

  • You LOVE admin, doing things right first time, delighting clients, taking responsibility for delivering outstanding results
  • You’re organised. You have an eye for detail and passion for process.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We REALLY mean this.
  • You have basic working of Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • You want the opportunity to grow in a small firm and make a big impact
