Reed Business Support are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our Hoddesdon based client.

This will be a varied role due to supporting three internal teams, it’s a new role, training will be provided, and you will have full support from your Manager.

Offering a salary up to £25,000, there are a host of benefits with this organisation including 23 days holiday, Dis x 3, Pension & Private Medical.

Duties will include;

Accurate order input working across various systems

Document control

Aftersales administration support

Printing & scanning worksheets

Purchase orders

Processing invoices

What I need from you;

Previous office experience

Good communication, verbal and written

Time management ability

Organisation skills

Excellent attention to detail

Competent user of Microsoft office
