Operations Support 

£25,000 - £26,500

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Operations Support Officer to provide essential administrative and logistical support to their operational teams. This role is pivotal in helping my client deliver exceptional service to customers and stakeholders while fulfilling its obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revising and Publishing Schedules: Ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clear history of changes.
  • First Point of Contact for New Applicants: Guiding them through the application process.
  • Managing Customer Enquiries: Handling enquiries via the client info desk and ensuring timely responses.
  • Proactive Portal Support: Providing technical and administrative assistance.
  • Compliance Management: Managing employee driving-related documentation.
  • Supporting Company Systems: Assisting with systems and helping with reporting and data integration.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to work to deadlines.
