Operations Analyst

We are searching for an Operations Analyst for our longstanding client’s Family Office in Gibraltar, with a salary on offer of £35,000-£40,000 per year.

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll manage daily feeds for the Office’s wealth management database. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Investment Team, ensuring everything feeds are reconciled and maintained.

This is a great role for someone looking to progress in their career. This is an office-based position so candidates must be residents in Gibraltar.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the wealth management database is constantly up to date and any reconciles are made
  • Work with the team to ensure deadlines are met and there are no outstanding invoices
  • Stay up-to-date with the Family Office’s investment portfolio and real estate ventures

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience with wealth management databases
  • Around 3 years of financial institution experience
  • Familiarity with private banking, family office, and funds administration
  • Basic understanding of securities investments and performance measurement
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn with a positive attitude
  • Strong proven academic background and excellent problem-solving skills
