This Operations and Compliance Director role is best suited to those who have held SMF16 and SMF17 permissions and who are experienced at looking after Independent Financial Advisory back-office teams, such as administration and paraplanning teams. This business will provide you with great benefits, a salary of up to £100,000, and performance bonuses.

The Company

The company is directly authorised and specialises in providing advice to high-net-worth clients, in addition to providing corporate services. The business is growing through acquisitions and organic growth, and this is the reason they are creating a new Operations and Compliance director role. Based about 5 miles out of Bristol City Centre, you will miss the city traffic, benefitting from onsite parking and beautiful grounds surrounding the office.

The Role

You will be responsible for the SMF16 and SMF17 permissions for two businesses, in addition to driving the back-office forward through support to your direct reports who are responsible for the IFA administration and paraplanning teams.
