Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a client in Oxford for the recruitment of an Operations Assistant. This role will be assisting the management team to ensure the smooth and safe running of the four sites. 

This is a full-time, permanent and office based role Mon-Fri with working hours between 0800-16:00hrs. A UK driving license is required as is access to ones own vehicle as travel will be required across the four sites in the Oxford postcodes. 

Responsibilities in brief include:

  • Supporting the partners and management in project work
  • Liasing with the team to ensure effective procedures and processes to ensure a safe working environment
  • Liase with contractors
  • Issue ID cards and parking permits
  • Maintain stock levels and stationary and non-clinical equipment across the four sites
  • Participate and contribute to staff meetings

The Operations Assistant will have previous experience within an office assistant/operations/facilities role or similar whilst experience of working in primary care is a desirable. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to liase with others in person, on the phone and via email. They will be able to use all Microsoft packages and will be comfortable in overseeing data bases to capture reporting and monitor performance. They will be reactive to changing business needs and will be flexible in their approach. They will also be happy to support other departments when required. 

Salary: up to £26,000 per annum
