Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Director to join a Financial Planning firm.

Our client is a UK wide Financial Planning specialist, who has been going from strength to strength over the years. As they continue to grow their offering, they are looking for an Operations Director to join the Mergers and Acquisitions team. You will work closely alongside the Managing Director to ensure new advisers/firms are onboarded as efficiently as possible.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Improving integration and processes
• Offer support with advice process, if any changes are made
• Providing training and development
• Support with data migration
• Identify any compliance issues, working closely with compliance team
• MI and reporting for Directors, management and advisers

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working in Operations for a large financial planning organisation
• Experience working within Mergers and Acquisitions - ideal
• Industry relevant qualifications, e.g. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Strong relationship management skills, critical thinking and working to tight deadlines
